Building Tomorrow's Legal Leaders

Since its founding in 2018, the Ascent Leadership Network has empowered a select group of attorneys to explore what it takes to ascend the top ranks of legal leadership. Participants have learned though workshops, conferences, and webinars while benefiting peer-to-peer mentoring. Members have gained access to and support from leading general counsel, public company board members, and top recruiters who share their knowledge in a welcoming and safe environment.

The 2021 cohort — a group now just one step away from a top general counsel job — draws on its predecessors’ experiences while zeroing in on topics previous groups have found most impactful. Each participant has an opportunity to share their best team-management practices, learn what it takes to move on to public company boards, and continually expand their professional networks as they build relationships not only with each other, but with an important and impressive group of fellow business leaders.
